Details
A global event platform, built to evolve. I led delivery and ongoing improvements across Ardian’s event-management platform and microsites, connecting stakeholder requirements, development, testing and release planning across successive AGM and Advisory Board events.

My work: Early registration-flow concepts and wireframe studies in Miro and Figma, alongside requirements, testing and digital project management.
Brief & objectives
The kick-off focused on understanding the event team’s needs and aligning on the objectives for the platform: a clearer registration journey, less manual administration and an experience that worked across desktop and mobile.
I used Miro to explore the participant journey and the operational steps behind it, connecting registration, session choices, accommodation, travel information and payment. This helped frame where clearer information and more structured participant inputs could reduce back-and-forth with the events team.
Project leadership
As Editorial & Digital Project Manager and project lead for the Events workstream, I coordinated development projects and enhancement requests, managed timelines and retroplanning, and followed releases through to launch. I was the main liaison between event stakeholders, developers and the wider delivery team.
I gathered feedback, clarified requirements and translated business needs into development tasks, keeping stakeholders informed as priorities evolved across annual event cycles.

Registration concepts
I adapted the initial registration concepts and wireframes in Figma, exploring the sequence of steps, information hierarchy and participant choices. These were early UX studies to inform discussion with designers and developers, distinct from the final visual design and technical implementation.

Platform enhancements
Feature evolution covered registration-form updates, personalised agendas, PDF generation, payment workflows, navigation improvements and quota management. It also included speaker and partner sections, FileMaker integrations and the practical workflows needed to administer each event.
My role was to define and review these enhancements with the teams, connect functional requirements to implementation, and keep the roadmap aligned with the needs of each event.

I also participated in testing the payment integration, with checks continuing through deployment and into post-launch support.
Testing & launch
I led user acceptance testing and recettage, maintained shared issue-tracking documents, reported bugs and validated fixes. I coordinated resolution with developers and prioritised launch-critical issues so that release decisions were based on a clear view of what was ready and what still needed attention.
Across desktop & mobile
Mobile optimisation covered the entire site, from registration and personalised agendas to event information and accommodation. The homepage and hotel screens shown here illustrate how that wider experience was adapted for smaller screens.

My contribution
Across 2025–2026, my role connected editorial and digital project management with early UX exploration, testing and delivery oversight.
My hands-on design contribution focused on early concepts and registration-flow wireframes in Miro and Figma. These studies explored participant choices and ways to reduce manual work for the events team. Final visual design and technical implementation were delivered collaboratively, rather than by me alone.
I also prepared and reviewed estimates, budgets and change requests for annual evolution phases, contributed project-management effort estimates, and coordinated invoicing follow-up.
Results
Operational workload
Registrations · 2026 vs 2025
The redesigned registration journey reduced the Ardian Events team’s operational workload by 40%. Self-service registration, agenda selection and structured accommodation and travel forms were designed to reduce manual data entry, scheduling adjustments and back-and-forth emails with participants. Registrations for the 2026 event were also 21% higher than for the 2025 event.
